      This is a great instrument. It is normal for any product to have occasional problems and in my case one LED was not working. I was sent a replacement plus, a new driver board, in case that was required. 5 minutes later with the new LED installed everything worked perfectly. A great firm to deal with!

        Q: Does it work with Apple Macintosh computer?

        On MacOS Monterey 12.0.1 it can be accessed as a WebCam HY-2070. No additional drivers required. Note to get it into WebCam mode it needs to be turned off when plugging in to Mac and Mac not running anything that is trying to use the WebCam, then power up the microscope, then start your chosen Mac application that uses a WebCam. When in WebCam mode the microscope remote and menus don’t work. Tested with Zoom, OBS, MultiCam and ManyCam. Note free versions often limit the maximum camera resolution to significantly lower than 26MP, typically a max of 1024.
