The output voltage is constant and is 5Volt DC. It also does not change, it remains Stable up to 36 volts DC input voltage. Very little ripple or pulse. Very good step down module. I am buying more of these for my electronics lab. From me for it 5 stars and clear buy recommendation.

Arrived in an antistatic bag. I didn't notice overheating when using it for long periods of time. The soldering on the PCB is excellent. The module measures 63.7 x 27.7 x 12.6mm. All inputs, outputs are solid and well made. Works fine from 9V to 36V input and running cold under max loads. There is a 5,5 x 2.5 barell connector for powering the module. The USB-A output voltage is stable at 5V. Only drawback is that the edge of the USB connector is at the same level with the PCB which makes difficult for the USB connector to stick out seperately when is put in a casing.
