      These look like they are made well however, there is NO WAY they are 100 watts. I get 10-13 watts in full California sun.

        P = U x I = (5 x 2.4) + (12 x 1.2) = 12 + 14.4 = 26.4W max, imho (and wonder how you measured 40W). That must be why it's 1/5 price of other 100W panels...
